From Goodreads : How does a girl choose between the one who steals her heart and the one who owns her soul?

Matt and Emily were created for a specific job. Raised and trained as the ultimate angel/warrior team, they are sent down to save, defend, judge and forgive, depending on the 'life' they've been assigned. What they don't realize is that the power of human emotions, such as love, anger, passion and fear can take over even the best of souls, causing them to make mistakes and follow paths that lead to confusion and heartache.

When the reason for their training is finally revealed, the angel/warrior team find themselves thrust into a world they know nothing about. Matt takes over the life of Daniel, a young man with a great deal of baggage. Emily becomes Liz, a girl living in a remote village who relies on nothing more than her own strength to survive. A violent storm erupts one night, and framed in the window of Liz's establishment is a frightening face. Let in by the soul of a Good Samaritan, the two visitors bring with them a past full of secrets that could literally change an angel's path and a warrior's plans.

From murder to redemption, this angel/warrior team must find a way to keep the faith they have in each other in a world that's ripping them apart.

My Rating : 4 of 5 stars

My Thoughts : Up In Heaven : Matt and Emily were soul mate, raised and trained as worrier angels to save, judge and forgive. At final stages of their training when they were send to earth to experience human life, their emotions, and their pain, Matt took over Daniel’s life and Emily became Liz. While Matt was sent to protect Innocents, Emily’s Job was to help the people based on their needs. But nothing was easy, human life was complex more than they thought, it became more complicated when Emily unexpectedly falls in love with some other guy. How could she choose between the person she meant to be with and the person who won her heart?

Down in Earth : Ireland, 1810, Liz a small town kind hearted girl, haunted by memories from past and vivid nightmares; Daniel, a young heart, tormented by harsh domestic situation, searching for his angel to love him. One stormy night and two strangers in Liz’s doorstep, everything changed for that lifetime.
"Never settle for someone less than the one who can fulfill your soul."
When I finished the book I sat for few hours and tried to memorize the whole story and collected every single piece of my thoughts that pierced though my heart.
Until Next Time is a complex but very thoughtful and philosophical book, I really appreciate how the author brought the unspoken words behind faith and love.
I relished the Daniel-Liz-Jason triangle more than Matt and Emily. As for the characters, I really enjoyed them, especially Liz/Emily, one soul two vessels. She is understanding, kind, selfless and empathetic. I really liked her enthusiasm and quest for knowledge. Daniel /Matt and Jason, one was Emily’s soul mate; reliable partner and best friend even in human form Daniel never left her side, another had always been sweet heart, loved her unconditionally. I was concerned about their feelings and affection for Liz.
Among other characters I liked the archangels Michel, Gabriel and the saints guided the two young angels from heaven. They were serious sometimes and sometime their humor made me laugh and lighten the story.

“If you settle for something you don’t want, or if you don’t give someone a chance, then the only person you’re betraying is yourself.”

Human emotions are so hard to understand, their pains are so hard to endure. The author successfully explained the critical situations of a human can face in his/her entire life. This book enwrapped me from the very moment I put my eyes on the pages. Until Next Time is recommended for everyone, but take time to read, and explore the moral and meaning from each line.
